Garrett,,,lollllllllllll there were some pretty bad youtube with these people that i didnt post because of the f and c word being used liberally.
I dont have anything personal about taking pride in a car and spending your money on it. Thats fine by me. Its when other peoples lives are put at risk. We have had so many accidents where people have been killed from street racing. One poor elderly couple were t boned by a street racer and snuffed out. Pity to live all those years and be extinguised in a couple of seconds like that. They exploit the road rules and they harass people on the roads.
Nothing worse than being woken a 2am by some idiot in a car who decides it fun to do a burnout on the raised speed hump. We have had this moron doing this for the last couple of nights aroudn the same time. Its the same bloke I am sure.
Dont worry, my son is on about a a skyline or a type of celica he would like. Thankfully he is now starting uni and he wont be able to afford one of those. He is still on a suspension as he had his licence for 4 weeks and got done driving my car doing 97 kms in a 60. Stupid boy but glad it happened on early in the piece as it upset his social life quite a bit and hopefully he has learned lesson from it because i refused to drive him everywhere like he wanted me to do and he had to train it.
You see, our scangers have lots of money. Dont ask me where they are getting the money from but they have it. I think it gets sent to them from overseas. You see p platers driving around hotted up wrx's and cars that most average wage earners cant afford.
We have this rule here that you cant drive a v8 or modified car on your p plates. Thing was that before the law came in, most of them already had their p's so they were allowed to drive these cars. The percentage of young male p plate drivers that have die is very high and that is why they bought in this law.They also increased the hours of driving you have to do before you can for your licence. The instuctor has to fill out this book with times and kms on it and sign it with your own license number. Its a pain in the arse but you have to do it. Probably a good thing.
