Im just lookin around for a price of one does anyone know if you can get one for under €100? or are they used in the paranormal Investigating?

what were you thinking of using one for, we do use spectral analysis for sound the are a number of free programs available on the web that work well, you can also get software to turn a pc or laptop into an oscilloscopes. Yes they can be used depending on the experiments that are being run.

Even on E-Bay, you're looking at 400 for them!
But as Tony said, if you're looking to do sound analysis for a couple of euros you can use your laptop as the same thing mainly!

My multimeter measures Hz but have never used that part of it. It doesnt show a graph though is digital. Wouldnt those things only work if they were directly touching the current?

thanks guys, i was just thinking of diffrent things that might help during an investigation, when using evps if the recorder pics something up.. maybe you could see it on the oscilloscopes, bit too expencive for a trigger lol..

good dig notetaker
emf meter(we use both k2 & gauss)
Small pocket sized torch. I have a small shockproof LED torch that is my little baby. Fits anywhere.
infrared video recorder
basic essentials to start with. The latter isnt the cheapest item to get.

well garret if it makes you feel any better im in the same boat.. ive a camera with no charger.. so basicly ill bang a few rocks together with some white noise on the radio and hope i can get an answer.. lol.
