I told you all I would keep you up to date. Here is the situation I find myself in.

We (PRAI) are going to supervise a group of 6 in early Dec.at Charleville Forest Castle. I would like to bring about 6 of you with us. We could be looking for new Trainee-Investigators so only people seriously interested reply to this post.I have a few in mind but we welcome anyone who can bring something new to the team.

Date: 6th December 2008
Place: Charleville Forest castle
Price: €60 per person- includes Presentation, Tour,Investigation and sleepover in the castle(air mattress).
Does not include food,snacks,coffee,tea,sugar and so on.

I am not going to go into and further regarding this. After a conversation with Simon we both agreed to go our separate paths and we wish him all the best for the future.

It is easy to find:
From Dublin-

1. Take the N4 heading away from city center

2. Take N6 exit and continue till you see the SECOND N52 exit.

3. Take the N52 heading into Tullimore

4 Follow the N52 into Tullimore center

5. Once you have gone through the center you will see a small roundabout-go straight through (do not go left here) you will see the train station on your right.

6. Continue straight until the road bends to the left. You will see the gates to the castle on the right side. Follow this lane way to the castle. (drive slowly as many people bring children for walks here)

I listened to the whole clips and came across what i thought to be voices that didnt belong to the group before my own analysis, cleaning etc. and before i passed them on to PRAI. Yes they will appear on my vid so as people can give their own opinion of them!!! I didnt do any cleaning of the clips and i heard a female voice in 2 out of the 3. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion regardless of expertise. Each evp i recorded is a direct repsonse to questions asked at the time!!

I am sure the lads would have no objection to anyone doing there own thing, But to be honest i would rather do it with the lads as at least than you know it is been done in a safe enviroment to a extent that is lol old castles arnt really safe lol. but i am sure you know what i am trying to say, it is hard to get locations to investigate as people are iffy as to whom they let into there homes and workplace now adays.
And i feel you get a true feeling of a investigation when you do it with people who know what they are doing as you can get lost in what is real and what is not when you go it alone.
i would be always interested to do a investigation when it comes up, but i would also want to do it with the right tools and so forth.

well apparently theres supposed to be alot of shallow graves up there. i dont know the full story but ive a few shallow graves to clear out myself today. (eh cleaning my room atm lol) so i cant look into it till later. but id say that would be a good place to check out, theres also a graveyard beside it. unfortunitly for myself i dont have my own transport.. so thats my own issue lol.

but even tho i wouldnt mind doing something myself, i think at night not only for company but on what did or didnt happen and safty. if your on your own and something happens.. and noones around to help you, if your hurt badly next thing you know you will be talkin to the PRAI.. as a spirit.. lol

SHAllow graves emmmmmm interesting lol. i was up at the hil of tara and it is a place you need to go to during the day and decide what area you are going to investigate as there are alot of steep slopes and embankments that you could easily loose your footing on. there are thombs with the bodys of Irelands pre-Christian kings here is a link to a page that tells you the history of the hill of tara.

Ah i know Traze , was just having a laugh ;) . I wouldnt consider myself fully psychic or anything, but i can pick up on energys and atmospheres , and the last time i was at the hill of Tara with my ex girlfriend i could honestly feel the magnetic energy around me especially at the main tomb and in the banquet hall. Would be a good place place for a digital camera and EVP equipment . Well i'd be willing to transport three people if needed , i don't live that far from it.

well the first thing to bring is a open mind, and apart from that warm clothes , a sleeping back ext. and what ever objects or equipment you feel you mite use like camera, recorders so forth. hope this helps a bit

The Castle will be COLD, it always is, even in summer. Bring warm clothing (extra pair of socks as some parts of the castle may be flooded and wet socks aren't nice), a good sleeping bag, snacks are always useful as well as non alcoholic beverages. There should be facilities for Tea and Coffee.

Bring a torch. other things that may be useful, equipment such as still camera, video camera, emf meter, thermometer, hygrometer, Barometer, anemometer, wind chimes or other trigger objects are at your digression. We will have equipment there that people can use if they so wish.
