Lay lines.
Since ancient times man has being aware that earth itself is a “alive” this can be interoperated as an awareness of the geothermic ripples that although human sensitivity has weakened to animals still hold a strong bond with.
The earths crust is also made up of a high level of quartz and scientific studies show that quartz not only works as a lucid medium for electrical energy but also magnifies to a certain degree its strength and can hold on to vibrational patterns (hence quartz is used in most every electrical appliance, including the computer your reading this from) so the theory of energy lines isn’t so far fetched.
There is often a distinction made between lay energy lines and true lay lines, though the definition of the latter does contain many variations.
Energy lines are said to be 2-3m (6-8ft) wide beams of wide energy leys do often coincide with ancient memorial sites and those of ceremonial practices because our ancestors were instinctively drawn to these sites of natural geometric and spiritual power.
True lay lines, the ancient straight traders tracks first identified by *Alfred Watkins in the 1920’s are the most stringently defined, having at least 5 aligned pre-reformation sacred sites within a short distance (say ten miles) can usually be measures as straight to standard of an H pencil line on a 1:25,000 scale map.
*Alfred Watkins wasn’t a “mystic” but an archaeologist, botanist and historian that became aware of direct lines linking sacred sites as he road his horse through his local country side.
The religious order of Benedictines of the middle ages had an extensive knowledge of lay lines and if you are to locate one of their monasteries you are sure to find a lay line.
Some researchers attribute negative energy forces to Hartmann and Curry energy fields.
These were named after there discoverers and are said to divide the earth into square lattices, that in the case of a Curry lattice is about 4m square and the lines themselves about 40cm wide the Hatmann lines are said to run almost as the geographical longitude and latitudinal lines, only deviating by ten degrees and about 20cm wide and 1.5m apart.
Where two Curry or Hatmann lines cross-strong energies occur, where a Curry and a Hatmann lines cross the effect is doubled.
Some expert dowsers such as Dr Arthur Bailey (who created the Bailey flower remedies) belief that the influence of geometric stress can be felt about 3m on either side of a lay line.
Experiencing these energy flows can help you learn more then a library of books on the subject can teach you, you just have to become aware of there energy surges and it is relatively easy to locate them.
These lines are also said to effect people (because of their subtle electro magnetic pulses) on a biological and hence psychological level (which many attribute these lines convergences on “haunted” sites).
It may be of a beneficial quality to research into any sites that are located around places the team wish to investigate, as not only can this help to locate areas of higher activity it can also deepen our awareness of such phenomena.
The principles of the lay lines is that they run along sub electrical energy pathways, electrical energy runs from positive to negative in a bid to create a harmony of energies, this may help to understand what many believe to be “black streams” currents of negatively charged energy, we have all experienced places like this, these are the ones that no matter how much you clean still appear dirty, effect those within its perimeter with a feeling of frustration and anxiety as well as a general sense of crankiness.
For those interested in stone circles the stones are always laid directly on these lines, hence stone circles are places of accelerating energy.
Being aware of these energy path ways can not only enhance the understanding of naturally accruing phenomena but our own personal awareness of the effects earth itself has on our body.
If any body out there is willing to share there understanding of such lines I’m very interested in hearing what you have to say?
I have some techniques that were/are still used to harmonise these energy fields within your own environment.
Thanks again for reading my post and listening to me rant.
