This place was one of my favorites, the feeling of dread even walking around this place was unreal. Here is a link to the story

Hi Shane and thank you for sharing... yes I do remember the tragic news of the most recent death associated with this house in 2007 the man who died did and still does have family members living close by....
It would be interesting to learn of the older history of this building and what was on the land before the house was built... was there a previous home which was demolished before the current building was erected? Regarding the story of the horse and carriage - one wonders how far away was the Battle of Clontarf and whether the horse and carriage is a "haunting" or a phenomena such as residual energy...... local folklore can be fun! Close to where I live - we have 2 horse and carriages both with headless drivers.. and even though I've waited to see them on their respective nights as advised by local folklore... I'm still waiting!!!! Another idea would be to look back at the census pre 1901 and see who lived there...
